The Zamorin of Calicut is the patron of the college and serves as the Educational Agency of the institution. His Highness, assisted by the Board of Management, comprising twelve members, takes up long term plans of the institution. At the institutional level, the Principal, assisted by the college council consisting of the heads of the faculties and teacher representatives, manages academic and non-academic activities of the college.
