Specialization :

Area of Interest :

My research focuses on plant mites, particularly tenuipalpid mites (false spider mites), which are important agricultural pests. I work on their taxonomy, biodiversity, host associations, distribution patterns and damage estimation. My studies aim to understand their ecological role and economic impact on crop plants. I am particularly interested in species identification and documentation of mite diversity. The research also explores sustainable management strategies for effective crop protection. Through my research work, I contribute to the field of agricultural acarology and integrated pest management.
